LuauGrid is free
Browsing, searching, downloading and running free scripts on LuauGrid costs nothing and is never charged for.
Anything you are asked to pay for is a purchase from an independent creator, not from LuauGrid.
Requesting a refund
Refunds are handled by the creator you bought from, under the terms they published at the point of sale.
Contact us through the Contact page with the transaction reference and we will help pass your request to the creator.
Typical outcomes
A script that stops working within the guarantee window offered by the creator is normally refunded or replaced.
Refunds are generally not available once a key has been used, or after the creator's stated window has passed.
Chargebacks
If a creator refuses a legitimate refund, open a dispute with your payment provider and share the case number with us so we can take action on the listing.
