Terms and Conditions

LuauGrid is a community platform for sharing and discovering Roblox Luau scripts. We host user-uploaded content and provide tooling around it.

We are an independent community project and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. Roblox is a trademark of Roblox Corporation, used here only to describe the platform the scripts target.

You are responsible for what happens under your account, including keeping your password private and enabling a secure password.

You must be old enough to hold a Roblox account in your region to register here.

You keep ownership of the scripts you upload. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, display, scan and distribute that content so the site can function.

You confirm you have the right to upload what you submit and that it follows the Rules.

Scripts are provided by third parties and are provided "as is". We do not review every script for correctness, and we do not guarantee that any script is safe, working or free of bugs.

Running a script from LuauGrid can result in your Roblox account being restricted or banned. You decide what to run.

We may remove content, suspend accounts or change the service at any time, particularly when the Rules or these terms are breached.

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced on the site, and the updated date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
